  • What is a website domain?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your plan anytime. Your website will be taken down at the end of your billing cycle (annually or monthly) unless you let us know otherwise. You can transfer your website after paying 1-year service with us. Please send us the instructions where and when to transfer and there is $100 processing fee. You will still need to cancel your plan in time as described above, and there is no prorated refund.
  • What are the steps I need to take to get my business website online?
    Fill out our Business Questionnaire as completely as you can. Missing information will significantly slow down the process. You will have to select a plan and your website domain at this step, but we won't collect any payment until Step 4. We will build a preview of the website for you at no upfront cost and email you the link. We will take your feedback on the preview and make necessary adjustments to your website. Once you are satisfied with your website, we will send you the payment link. After receiving payment, we will take your website online hosted at the domain of your choosing in 48 hours.
  • What services are NOT included in our plans?
    Maintenance of online booking, order, or reservation, including updates of service menu items in online booking. Your own business' customer service. For example, if your customer sends you message or questions via your website's form. Online advisement outside your website. Contact us for our custom solution if you need online advisement such as Google Ads, Yelp Ads, etc.. Social media and business listing maintenance/promotion such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.. Contact us for our custom solution if you need them.
  • Why is it important for my business to have a website?

    Yes! As long as the new domain is available. Please contact us.
  • Will my website be secure?
    Yes! Your website will be secured with the industry standard HTTPS and SSL protocols with our state-of-the-art technology, which ensure the communication between your visitors and your site is completely secure. Any data traveling between visitor servers and your site stays encrypted, so it's a safe browsing experience for all.
  • Do your plans include custom domain name?
    Yes! In Business Questionnaire, you can specify your website domain name you like to use (if you leave blank, we will pick one for you and confirm with you before your purchase). When you pick your website domain name, try to be specific, meaningful, and unique. For most of the domain names, the cost is included in your plan, however popular domain names can be expensive and we will let you know if there is any extra charge before your purchase.   • How do I renew my plan?
    Your annual or monthly plan is renewed automatically at the end of billing cycle. In the circumstance that you do not want to renew anymore, you need to cancel your plan before the end of its current billing cycle. (See the "What is your cancellation policy?“ FAQ above)
  • How long does it take for my site to work after I paid for a plan?
    It takes up to 48 hours, but typically a lot faster, because it takes some time for your new site to register and connect to its domain, which is out of our control. Once this is complete, visitors everywhere will be able to see your site. Your site will be fully connected and secured with an SSL certificate.
  • Why does my business website need its own custom domain name?
    Having your own domain name for your business website is crucial for establishing a professional and credible online presence. When potential customers or clients visit your website, a unique domain name helps to build trust and brand recognition.   • Will there be any discount if I sign up multiple websites in my account?
    Yes! You will receive 10% on all your websites with us on your account going forward.
  • Can I use a domain I already have?
    Yes, just let us know when you fill out Business Questionnaire. It will normally need you as website owner or your existing website's administer (it depends on that domain is registered under whose email address) to consent the transfer, which is out of our control.
  • What payment methods can my website accept?
    You can choose to accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, offline payment, Afterpay, and Affirm.
  • Can I set tax rates for online payment?
  • Will you charge fees for online order/booking/reservation on my website?
  • Will you charge fees for online payment such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay?
    No. On the other hand for online payment for online order/book/reservation, we need to integrate your website with leading payment processing companies which will charge processing fees for credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc., depending the payment methods you choose to accept. Below is the payment processing company's processing pricing schedule (Here is the complete schedule which is out of our control and subject to change). Credit/Debit Card: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD Apple Pay: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD Google Pay: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD Here is PayPal's merchant fee schedule if you choose to accept PayPal payment.
  • How will I receive fund from online payment on my website?
    You will need to provide your bank account information to us so we will set up for you in the backend as administrator. After online payment processing fees from payment processing company, the remaining balance will be deposited to your linked bank account.
  • Will the bank information I provide to you be secure? How will it be stored and used?
    The bank information you provide to us will be used only to accept deposit of fund from online payment from your website. It will be securely encrypted and stored in payment processing company. We will not keep a copy of it. Here is our Privacy Policy.
  • Can one Owner App account manage multiple websites?
  • How do I sign up with the Owner App?
    We will send you an invite link via email after you've paid for your plan, so you can register your account.
  • Do I have to use Owner App?
    If you only need to demonstrate information about your business on your website, you do not have to use Owner App. However, if your plan includes online booking/order/reservation, you cannot manage them without Owner App.
  • How do I manage online booking, order, or reservation?
    We will send you instructions how to download and install Owner App (in Android and iOS) with which you can manage online booking, order, or reservation.
  • What is Owner App?
    The Owner App is the mobile application you can install on your smart phone (Andriod and iOS) and run your business from anywhere. Below are some of its powerful features: Live chat with visitors Grow your online store Take bookings and payments Manage your restaurant's online reservation and order Manage your staffs' schedules for online booking
  • Can I refer and receive rebate if I am not your client?
    Yes! Please contact us!
  • How does your referral program work?
    If you refer a new business to us, both you and the referred business will receive a 10% rebate based on the fees we charge the referred business. The rebate to the referred business will be treated as a discount on fees. These rebates will continue until the termination of services or for 12 months, whichever occurs sooner.
  • Can I refer myself?
    No :) But if you have multiple websites with us in your account, you will receive 10% discount!
